Pennsic is on my list of things to do eventually. It's a bit more of a drive for me Haven't made it to Estella yet either, I hear the fighting there is feirce. From What I've seen and heard, the fort battles at Gulf aren't that bad unless you're one of the dead The ravine battle is where body parts tend to give out. This will be my fourth time to go to Gulf Wars, first time to fight though. Normaly when I go to war, I feed everybody and patch up armor.

Gulf Wars? Feh! Now Pennsic, that's where it's at!

I'm hoping to hit up Pennsic and Estrella this year. Have yet to go to Gulf but some of the castle battle stories I hear about makes it sound to rough for my bad knee. Yes I know Estrella tends to have goffer holes but I'm doing society service there, Heralds Point woot!

You ever been to any Wars or will this be your first?

Yup, I play in Northern Ansteorra. Late 14th century German Saxon. Fighting is fun, we're all getting ready for Gulf Wars.
